my vote is for the penguin nylon jacket, though you’d probably still need an umbrella since it doesn’t cover your head.

Great choices! Picking foul-weather gear seems particularly hard for some guys. We’re not sure why, but rain poses a precarious situation for some men when it comes to dressing.
