Choosing Mens gloves

by Colbert Low on January 10th, 2008

Here are some tips for choosing the right gloves. There are a few things to consider.

Choosing Mens gloves

-Size. Size comes in numbers, generally 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5… Your fingers will fit well around a glove that match your palm size. Getting the right size will protect you from the cold and let you feel your fingertips.
-Intended use. Don’t choose fine leather gloves, if you are skiing at a snowy mountain. Wearing the proper gloves will give you an elegant look.
-Lining. Wool, silk, cashmere and fleece are the common lining for gloves. Consider the season and your cold sensitivity when choosing the lining. Certainly, a fleece lining will be warmer than silk.
